The MYLAIM smart tracker tags are a MFi certified solution that utilizes the built-in 'Find My' app on your Apple device, with no extra charges or subscriptions. This device does not require a SIM card, making it a hassle-free, user-friendly, and cost-effective tracker. If you own an iPhone, we highly recommend giving it a try.

The pairing process is simple: open the 'Find My' app, enable Bluetooth, and select "Add Item", then choose "Other Supported Item" from the options. The pairing will be completed within 30 seconds. When the item is within a distance of less than 100ft (30m), you can utilize the "Find My" app to play a sound and pinpoint its location. For distances greater than 100ft (30m), the map navigation feature in the app can be used to locate the Bluetooth tracker tag worldwide.

This Smart Bluetooth Tracker can be used to locate your keys, wallets, bags, luggage, and more. If you install the tracker on your bicycle, motorcycle, or car, you can view the positioning information in the mobile app anytime.

Enable Lost Mode to receive automatic notifications when the Tracking Tag is detected in the Find My network. You can also leave your contact information for anyone who finds your item to reach out to you. If your tag ever disconnects from your Bluetooth connection, you'll instantly receive notifications. No matter where you accidentally leave or forget your belongings, our "Left Behind Reminder" will promptly remind you to retrieve them.

Our item Locator has an IP67 water-resistant rating, making it durable against water splashes, rain, and submersion. MYLAIM smart tacker tag comes with a replaceable CR2032 battery that lasts 6 months. When the tracker's battery is below 20%, it will intermittently sound an alert, reminding you to replace the battery. Additionally, you can also check the battery level on the app.

If you find that the tracker is unable to connect to your iPhone or Apple device, please follow the operational instructions in the manual to reset the tracker. Once the reset is successful, you can then proceed with the connection.

If you are not satisfied with our tracker, please make sure to remove the bound tracker before returning it. Open the Find My app on your phone while the phone is connected to the tracker (within Bluetooth connection range). Select the corresponding tracker name and scroll down to the bottom, then click on "Remove Device". If not, the bound tracker will continue to remind you, and the next user will not be able to connect to the tracker.
