This tracking Tag does not support Android devices, only supports iOS devices. The pairing process is easy: open the 'Find My' app and enable Bluetooth, then tap on "Add Item" and select "Other Supported Item". The pairing will be completed within 30 seconds.

The wallet finder is IP67 waterproof, with a Bluetooth range up to 100 ft (about 30m), a beeping sound ring up to 85dB. In addition, our products support wireless charging. Use a wireless charger to charge the tracker card. Can be used continuously, more environmentally friendly, and more economical. After each full charge, it can be used for about 3-5 months.

When the distance is less than 100ft (30m), you can use the "Find My" app to play a sound and locate the item. When the distance is more than 100ft (30m), you can use the map navigation feature in the "Find My" app to locate the Bluetooth tracker tag anywhere in the world.

Important Reminder: If you find that the tracker is unable to connect to your iPhone or Apple device, please follow the operational instructions in the manual to reset the tracker. Once the reset is successful, you can then proceed with the connection.

NOTE: If you are not satisfied with our tracker, please make sure to remove the bound tracker before returning it. Open the Find My app on your phone while the phone is connected to the tracker (within Bluetooth connection range). Select the corresponding tracker name and scroll down to the bottom, then click on "Remove Device". If not, the bound tracker will continue to remind you, and the next user will not be able to connect to the tracker.
